目的 为了评价DNA含量和AgNOR定量在研究腮腺混合瘤细胞增殖活性的价值。方法 对60例良性无复发、复发和恶性腮腺混合瘤用流式细胞仪和银染色核形成技术作DNA含量和AgNOR定量测定。结果 异倍体率,高S期细胞比率(SPF)率,AgNOR大小和分布在无复发与复发组间无显著差异,而良性与恶性肿瘤间有显著差异;AgNOR数目和形态各组间有显著差异;高SPF率与AgNOR均能反映其细胞增殖活性。结论 高SPF率和AgNOR对良恶性混合瘤的鉴别有重要价值;AgNOR颗粒数目和形态对良性混合瘤的复发有较高估测价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of DNA content and AgNOR quantification in studying the proliferative activity of parotid mixed tumor cells. Methods Quantitative determination of DNA and AgNOR in 60 cases of benign non-recurrent, recurrent and malignant mixed parotid gland tumors by flow cytometry and silver staining. Results There was no significant difference in aneuploidy rate, high S phase cell ratio (SPF) rate, AgNOR size and distribution between non-recurrent and recurrent groups, but significant difference between benign and malignant tumors. The number and morphology of AgNOR were significantly different among groups Differences; high SPF rate and AgNOR can reflect the cell proliferation activity. Conclusion High SPF rate and AgNOR have important value in differentiating benign and malignant mixed tumors. The number and morphology of AgNOR particles have a higher estimated value for the recurrence of benign mixed tumors.
