本院1994年11月～1995年3月发现新生儿淋菌性结膜炎7例,均采用速克淋治疗,取得良好疗效,报告如下。一般资料:7例,男5例,女2例,均双眼发病;年龄2～4天;均为足月阴道娩出。5例产妇患淋菌性阴道炎;4人配偶有冶游史。7例患儿结膜囊分泌物涂片均见上皮细胞内密集革兰氏阴性淋病双球菌。治疗方法:肌注速克淋,25mg/kg体重,日1次,连用7天。另用生理盐水冲洗患眼,日4～6次。
