针对信息系统发展水平评价问题,提出了一种基于集成的信息系统体系成熟度评价方法。将信息系统体系成熟度分解为技术、互操作和互认知3个成熟度分量,介绍了体系成熟度评价的基本框架和思路,建立了信息系统体系成熟度的加权评价模型;构建了系统互操作和互认知成熟度等级评价模型,在考虑分系统集成成熟度约束的基础上,建立了信息系统互操作成熟度和互认知成熟度评价模型;在考虑单项技术集成的基础上,构建了分系统技术成熟度、信息系统技术成熟度评价模型;最后,通过防空装备信息系统成熟度评价实例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
In view of the evaluation of the development level of information system, a maturity evaluation method based on integrated information system is proposed. The maturity of information system is decomposed into three maturity components of technology, interoperability and mutual recognition. The basic frame and ideas of system maturity evaluation are introduced. The weighted evaluation model of information system maturity is established. Operation and mutual recognition maturity level evaluation model. Based on the maturity constraints of the subsystem integration, an evaluation model of interoperability and mutual maturity of information system is established. Based on the integration of individual technologies, Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of this method are verified through the example of maturity evaluation of air defense equipment information system.
