G72-1弓型锯的冷却系统,有的采用的是叶片泵结构,如图1所示。这种泵属于双叶片单作用式,结构紧凑、体积小、加工精度要求不太高,简单实用。但在使用中发现,设计上仍然存在一些问题,如:由于转子两端面分别与泵盖7、阀体6摩擦,叶片10、12与偏心定子套9摩擦等,均使其产生不同程度的磨损。随着轴向间隙与径向间隙的增大,势必影响吸液效果。由于没有调整或补偿环节,一旦出现故障,维修性差,降低了泵的使用寿命。例如,有一台84年才开始使用的G72-1弓型锯,86年4月后便出现了吸不上冷却液的现象。每次开机
