“耗差分析法”是八十年代初期引进的一项节能管理新技术,类似我国电厂过去应用的“小指标分析法”,但深度和广度远远超过“小指标分析法”的范围。近年来,国内一些大中型火电厂相续推广应用“耗差分析法”对发电机组进行监控和热效率分析,均取得一定的节能效果。耗差分析实际上是把影响电厂运行经济性的一些主要参数选作监视量,然后确定各监视量的基准值作为日常比较分析的基础,通过电子计算机随时掌握消耗指标升高的原因及其量值分布,及时采取针对性措施,以持续地保持发电设备在良好的经济状态下运行。目前应用“耗差分析法”的电厂,大多是在计算机室的 IBM 机或长城机等机种上由计算
