小学班主任是学生成长道路上的重要导师,肩负培养学生优秀人格的重要责任。本文结合个人多年小学班主任工作实践,对班级管理的方法和手段进行了研究,提出了几点管理建议。
Primary school teacher is an important mentor on the path of student growth, shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating outstanding personality of students. Based on the personal working experience of many years of primary school teachers, this paper studies the methods and means of class management and puts forward some management suggestions.
