目的:提高新生儿先天性疾病筛查血片标本合格率及新生儿足后跟血一次性成功率。方法:2002年始采用改良式采血法:抬高新生儿上半身50度,呈头高足低位,采血部位选择新生儿足后跟正中最低处,挤血手法从小腿顺势向足后跟挤,至血滴符合要求为止。结果:改良组300例血片合格率99%,一次采血成功率96.3%;对照组150例血片合格率82%,一次采血成功率69.3%,有显著性差异,P<0.001。结论:新生儿疾病筛查血片采集改良法顺应“水往低处流”的原理,提高了血片合格率及一次采血成功率,减少了新生儿的痛苦和护理工作量。
Objective: To improve congenital disease screening of newborn blood samples pass rate and neonatal heel one-time success rate. Methods: Modified blood sampling method was adopted in 2002: raising the upper half of the newborn to 50 degrees, showing the head high and low, selecting the neonatal heel followed by the lowest center in the blood sampling place. As requested. Results: In the improved group, the success rate of blood sampling was 99% and the success rate of primary blood sampling was 96.3%. In the control group, the passing rate of blood samples was 82% and the success rate of primary blood sampling was 69.3%. There was a significant difference (P <0.001). Conclusion: The improved method of screening the newborn’s disease screening blood film complies with the principle of “water flow to the lower stream”, which improves the pass rate of blood film and success rate of blood sampling and reduces the pain and nursing workload of the newborn.
