非物质文化遗产是人类的无形文化遗产,代表着人类文化遗产的精神高度。非物质文化遗产是最古老也是最鲜活的文化历史传统,是国家、民族文化软实力的重要资源,是民族精神、民族情感、民族历史、民族个性、民族气质、民族凝聚力和向心力的有机组成和重要表征。作为一个举世闻名的文明古国,中国非物质文化遗产的挖掘和保护,在建设社会主义核心价值体系中具有重要的作用和功能。加强对民族文化的挖掘和保护,重视对文物和非物质文化的保护,是文化发展强根固本、夯实当下文化创造创新基石的必由之路。在国务院发布的《关于公布第二批国家级非物质文化遗产名录和第一批国家级非物质文化遗产扩展项目名录的通知》中,“汉沽飞镲”被列为传统民间音乐项——锣鼓艺术类首位。“汉沽飞镲”是沿海渔村集民间音乐、民间舞蹈、民间武术为一体的综合性民间广场艺术,表现了渔民劈波斩浪、奋勇向前、勇敢无畏的气概,对美好生活的向往和对大海的深情。本期我们将重点推介我国海洋非物质文化遗产——汉沽飞镲。
