大约十年前,成都的房地产市场进入了所谓的市场时代,人们开始接触商品房这个完全陌生的名词。在成都,“五大花园”——五个不同的开发商成片开发的楼房的统称,成为商品房的又一种说法。而就在那一年,成都有了自己第一个品牌社区——锦绣花园。它的传播口号是“开奔驰轿车,住锦绣花园”。 5年以后,也就是1998年,人们对于这句传播口号仍然津津乐道。“五大花园”也成为市场初期粗制滥造的代名词。成都楼市就在这样一个奇怪的市场——别墅与解困房的杂交——的基础上陡然升温,成为全国房地产市场中一个重要的坐标。 APEX也在这一年进入了房地产市场。不知是偶然,还是一种必然,APEX的第一单业务,居然是成都当时号称为第一别墅项目的领秀别墅。其开发商是五大花园中的龙头企业,—个在解困房项目中挣取了巨大利润准备利用别墅项目重塑企业形象的私营企业。
