本文报导了用络合法制备La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3粉体所进行的研究工作。探讨了干燥过程、热分解温度及氧化结晶温度对粉体性能的影响。利用x光衍射、DTA进行了对粉体的干燥、热分解过程及相态的分析。测定了粉体的颗粒度分布。从而选定最佳工艺制备成功固体氧化物电解质燃料电池的空气电极材料。
This paper reports the research work on the preparation of La_ (1-x) Sr_xMnO_3 powder by complex method. The effects of drying process, thermal decomposition temperature and oxidation crystallization temperature on the properties of powders were discussed. Using x-ray diffraction, DTA was carried out on the powder drying, thermal decomposition process and phase analysis. The particle size distribution of the powder was measured. So as to select the best technology to prepare the air electrode material of a solid oxide electrolyte fuel cell.
