煤矿中瓦斯气体的浓度超限是引起煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的主要原因。利用激光吸收光谱检测技术进行瓦斯传感系统监测的研究。介绍光纤瓦斯传感器的工作原理,采用平衡检测方法克服激光强度起伏引起对检测灵敏度的影响,有效提高系统检测灵敏度,并设计传感器系统结构。实验结果表明基于激光吸收光纤瓦斯传感系统具有很好的检测效果,可实现对煤矿中瓦斯气体实时检测。
The concentration of methane gas in coal mine exceeds the limit is the main reason causing gas explosion in coal mines. Study on Monitoring of Gas Sensing System by Laser Absorption Spectroscopy. The working principle of optical fiber gas sensor is introduced. The balance detection method is used to overcome the influence of laser intensity fluctuation on the detection sensitivity, and the detection sensitivity of the system is effectively improved. The sensor system structure is also designed. Experimental results show that the laser-based optical fiber gas sensing system has a good detection effect and real-time detection of gas in coal mine.
