为提高Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金的高温性能和疲劳寿命,采用不同种类弹丸及不同喷丸温度对Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金进行表面喷丸处理。通过分析喷丸后显微组织和硬度的变化,研究了弹丸种类和喷丸温度对钛铝合金表面性能的影响。结果表明:相同喷丸温度下,合金经陶瓷喷丸处理后,表面较平滑,缺陷少,硬度适中。在陶瓷喷丸条件下,随喷丸温度升高,喷丸强化层塑性变形量增加,喷丸温度为675℃时显微硬度获得最大值500 HV0.2,综合喷丸效果最佳。675℃陶瓷喷丸合金经700~800℃×150 h保温处理后,显微硬度变化不大,即热稳定性满足应用要求。
To improve the high temperature performance and fatigue life of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy, different kinds of projectile and different shot blasting temperature were used to surface-peen Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy. By analyzing the changes of microstructure and hardness after shot peening, the effects of projectile type and shot peening temperature on the surface properties of titanium-aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that: the same shot peening temperature, the alloy by the ceramic shot peening, the surface is smooth, less flawed, moderate hardness. Under the conditions of ceramic shot peening, the plastic deformation of shot peening layer increases with the increase of shot peening temperature. When the shot peening temperature is 675 ℃, the microhardness reaches 500 HV0.2, and the shot peening effect is the best. 675 ℃ ceramic shot peening alloy by 700 ~ 800 ℃ × 150 h heat treatment, little change in microhardness, that thermal stability to meet the application requirements.
