~(123)I核素的核性质较~(131)I更适合于放射性药物设计要求和核医学临床应用,它具有十分优异的医用核性质,有用~(123)I替代~(131)I进行甲状腺显像和功能测定的趋向。其标记的有机化合物,如脂肪酸、β-肾上腺能受体阻断剂、甾体激素等近年已受到放射性药物研究者的重视。我们采用天然锑靶干法成功地生产了Na~(123)I注射液,本文用此注射液观察在其小鼠体内分布,兔甲状腺扫描和γ照相的结果。
