劳动关系的调整是企业改制中的一项必不可少的重要内容。它既有一般企业劳动关系调整的相同性,又有不同于一般企业劳动关系调整的由企业改革模式所决定的特殊性,是多样化与复杂性的统一,必须予以高度的重视,依照有关的法律、法规,从企业改革的实际出发,理顺企业职工的劳动关系,实现劳动力的调整与转移,建立起和谐稳定的劳动关系和适应社会主义市场经济体制的市场就业机制。
The adjustment of labor relations is an indispensable and important part of enterprise restructuring. It not only has the sameness of adjustment of labor relations in general enterprises, but also has the particularity decided by the mode of enterprise reform that is different from the adjustment of labor relations in general enterprises. It is the unity of diversification and complexity. It must be given high priority.
