劳务派遣是人力资源管理重要的一环,最近这十几年在我国得到长足的发展,在有效解决一些用工需求的同时,劳务派遣发展中也遇到不少问题。文章通过对劳务派遣用工模式发展定义、优势进行了阐述,对发展中遇到问题进行了剖析,并提出采取加强立法、吸收劳务派遣工加入工会、签订劳务派遣工集体合同、强化监管规范派遣行为等对策,进一步推动劳务派遣用工模式的健康快速发展。
