The “Basic Rules for Establishing a Modern Enterprise System and Strengthening Management of State-owned Large and Medium-sized Enterprises” drafted by the State Economic and Trade Commission and relevant departments (Trial Implementation) have been promulgated recently. The “basic norm” is a summary of the practical experience of establishing a modern enterprise system in recent years.
