一、前言砖混住宅建筑的施工,目前仍有大量的手工砌筑和湿作业,存在着工效低、工期长和劳动强度大的问题,不能满足住宅建筑发展的需要。为此,我们从提高主体工程的预制装配化程度着手,使构件生产工厂化,现场施工机械化,以选用合理机组为重点,配备以塔吊和井架为主机的垂直、水平运输机具两套方案,形成主体工程机械化施工的成套技术。塔吊方案,主要用于有预制楼梯段,预制雨篷等大构件的结构方案。井架方案用于重量轻,尺寸小的构件的结构方案。

The tower crane scheme is mainly used for the structural scheme of prefabricated stair sections, prefabricated awnings and other large components. The derrick scheme is used for the structural scheme of lightweight and small-sized components.
