北京无线电三厂是集体所有制的工厂,现有职工800多人。1982年以前生产半导体收音机,全厂亏损167万,欠款130多万,还有485万待报废贬值的各类物资,资金周转天数长达880天。1982年12月上级领导决定调我去无线电三厂当厂长。我当时提了三点意见:(1)从现在起这个厂的干部提拔应冻结。(2)请领导支持到底,不要中途“撤退”。(3)把原北无三车间副主任李冀原调到我厂当副厂长。进厂后,厂里萧条困难的情况,比我想象的还严重。200多人的厂部只有8辆自行车,一些科室关门,全厂全线停产,280人
Beijing Radio III Factory is a collective-owned factory with more than 800 employees. Before 1982, it produced semiconductor radios, with a total loss of 1.67 million in the whole factory, over 1.3 million in arrears, and 4.85 million worth of materials for retirement and depreciation. The capital turnover days amounted to 880 days. In December 1982, the leadership decided to transfer me to the director of Radio III.
