探索创新教学模式是提高教育教学实效性的重要渠道。传统的教学模式已不适应“以人为本”的教育理念,单一的大班教学不利于提高教学的实效性,而新时期大学生的特点也需要更加灵活的教学组织形式,同时多媒体网络的兴起为推行特朗普制教学模式创造了条件。特朗普制教学模式是将班级教学、分组教学与个别教学的结合,是一种综合性的教学模式。在“中国近现代史纲要”课程中运用这一模式,能够在优势互补的理念下提高教育教学的实效性。
