微生物培育房采用微机温度控制系统,可提高温度控制的精度,改变长期以来培育房温度控制的落后状况。微机温度控制系统由MC68701单片微处理机,温度测量部分,模数转换器,显示,功率输出,报警输出,按键输入,自动复位及打印记录等部分组成。本系统在微生物培育房现场使用表明,系统抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,可长期连续进行工作,温度测量及控制精度高,可定时打印记录温度值。
Microbial incubation room using computer temperature control system can improve the accuracy of temperature control, change the long-term incubation room temperature control of the backward conditions. Computer temperature control system consists of MC68701 single-chip microprocessor, temperature measurement section, analog-digital converter, display, power output, alarm output, key input, automatic reset and print records and other components. The use of the system in the micro-organism training room shows that the system has strong anti-interference ability and high reliability, and can be continuously operated for a long time. The temperature measurement and the control precision are high, and the temperature value can be printed and recorded regularly.
