河南省共有中小学35932所,中小学生1728.06万人,专职体育教师27959人,其中农村学校30348所,学生1001.71万人。2001年,郑州市金水区作为国家级课改实验区率先进入课改实验,以后逐年扩大范围;2005年,全省义务教育阶段全面进入课改实验;2008年,全省普通高中全面进入课改实验。体育与健康课程改革(以下简称体育课改)开始实施至今已经10年,在这10年当中,河南省对这一工作高度重视,教育行政部门和教研部门齐抓共管,优势互补,同心协力,分工合作,制订出台多项有力措施,使中小学体育课改工作呈现出生机勃勃的发展态势,取得显著成效。
There are 35,932 primary and secondary schools in Henan Province, 17,280,600 primary and secondary school students, 27,959 full-time physical education teachers, of which 30,048 rural schools and 10,100,700 students. In 2001, Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City took the lead in entering the curriculum reform experiment as a national curriculum reform experimental zone and expanded its scope year by year. In 2005, the provincial compulsory education entered the curriculum reform experiment in an all-round way. In 2008, the province’s general senior high school entered the curriculum reform experiment. In the past 10 years, Henan Province has attached great importance to this work. The education administration department and the teaching and research department make concerted efforts to bring about mutual benefits, complement each other and make concerted efforts, Division of labor cooperation, formulate a number of effective measures to introduce the primary and secondary physical education curriculum reform showing a dynamic development trend, and achieved remarkable results.
