以玉米秸秆粉、硼砂与硼酸混合物及高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)混合挤出制备阻燃性复合材料。探讨玉米秸秆粉、硼砂与硼酸混合物含量对复合材料抗拉强度、静曲强度和抗冲击强度的影响。结果表明:玉米秸秆粉含量为60%时,复合材料的抗拉强度、静曲强度、抗冲击强度最佳,分别为38.07 MPa、65.24 MPa、13.45 k J·m-2;复合材料力学性能随着硼砂与硼酸混合物含量的增加而降低。
Flame retardant composites were prepared by mixing corn stalk powder, borax and boric acid and high density polyethylene (HDPE). Effects of corn stalk powder, borax and boric acid content on tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength, the flexural strength and the impact strength of the composites were the best at 38.07 MPa, 65.24 MPa and 13.45 kJ · m-2, respectively. The mechanical properties of composites Borax and boric acid mixture increased with the increase.
