本文对国内外现有的校内实训基地管理模式进行概述、分类、及比较分析,再以五年制高职船舶工程专业为例,论述了我们采用的校内实训基地管理模式主要是学院与系部共同管理,提出了生产管理以实训中心为单位、教学管理以项目课程为基础、科研管理以教研室为依托、学员管理细化至实训小组的新思路;并对最新的其他管理模式进行归纳与分析,确立新的研究方向。
This article summarizes, classifies and compares existing management models of on-campus training bases at home and abroad, and then takes five-year higher vocational shipping engineering as an example to discuss that the management models of the training bases in schools that we adopt are mainly colleges and Department of joint management, put forward the production management training center as a unit, teaching management based on the project curriculum, research management to rely on the teaching and research, student management refinement to the training group of new ideas; and the latest of other management models To summarize and analyze, establish a new research direction.
