本文以解决典籍及文史翻译中“高语境文化”和“低语境文化”的错层问题为目的,以汉英“丝语”文化的内涵差异为典型案例,指出典籍文本英译应根据不同的语境,采用不同的翻译策略。 The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of the wrong layers of “high context culture” and “low context culture” in the translation of literary and historical documents. Taking the differences of the connotation of Chinese and English “silk language” as the typical case, English translation of texts should be based on different contexts, using different translation strategies.
