一般认为对壁厚大于外径20%或大于内径40%的内壁缺陷,不可能直接用横波法探测到。本文介绍使用单探头横波声扩散法检测壁厚为外径27.4%,为内径61.5%的1Cr无缝钢管的内、外壁缺陷。通过对钢管自然缺陷的解剖分析,证实了用超声波横波声扩散法探测厚壁管是行之有效的方法,并已用于有关工厂的厚壁钢管检验。
Generally believed that wall thickness greater than 20% of the outer diameter or greater than 40% of the inner wall defects, can not be directly detected by the transverse wave method. This article describes the use of single-probe shear wave acoustic diffusion method to detect the wall thickness of 27.4% of the outer diameter of 61.5% of the 1Cr seamless steel tube wall defects. Through the anatomical analysis of the natural defects of steel pipe, it is proved that the ultrasonic shear wave acoustic diffusion method is an effective method to detect thick-walled tubes and has been used in the inspection of the thick-walled steel tubes in the factories.
