田径短距离跑训练是中学体育教学的重要内容,同时也是田径项目当中的基本环节,因此加强对学生的田径短距离跑训练显得尤为重要,通过有效的短跑训练能够增强学生对短跑技巧和方法的掌握程度,增强学生参与体育学习和体育训练的积极性,提升体育教学效果。因此,中学体育教师在对学生进行田径短距离跑训练时必须选用恰当合理的训练策略并为学生建立完善的训练方案,提高学生的体育综合能力。
Athletics short-distance running training is an important part of middle school physical education and is also the basic link among the track and field events. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the short-distance running training for students. Effective dash training can enhance the students’ Grasp the degree, enhance students’ enthusiasm to participate in sports learning and sports training, and improve the effect of physical education.
