我在初二任课班办了“作文比赛周刊”,受到同学欢迎.具体做法:要求学生每周写一篇文章,即小作文,写好后,不署名交给老师.老师记下学生名字,把作文编号,张贴在“作文专栏”中,让学生利用课余时间进行评议,并把自己认为最好的十篇写在油印选票上,谁选中得多,谁就获“鉴赏能力奖”.每期,老师都把写得好的前十名张榜公布,这对上榜的同学是很大的鼓励.
