本文从历史演变的过程 ,分析了黄河流域水患灾害形成的历史和原因 ,论述了流域生态环境治理的进展与问题 ,生态环境治理的方向和主要途径。提出了工程治理与生态环境治理并重 ,达到减沙增水的综合效益。
This paper analyzes the history and causes of the formation of flood disaster in the Yellow River Basin from the historical evolution process, discusses the progress and problems of the ecological environment governance in the Yellow River Basin, and the direction and main ways of ecological environment governance. Put forward the project management and ecological environment control, to achieve the comprehensive benefits of sediment reduction.
