厂房的承重結構是建筑物的骨干。按不同厂房的生产要求与使用年限,分別考虑相适应的結構标准,是关系厂房質量好坏的重要因素。結構标准包括选用的建筑材料及結構形式,因而在考虑結構标准时,必然要受到不同地区的材料情况、施工技术水平和当地習慣做法以及施工裝吊設备等条件的影响。在保証基本建設速度的条件下,結構标准並不是一成不变的,各种結構具备一定的互換性是必要的。对于一些生产“重、大、精、尖”产品的主厂房,承重結構不能因陋就簡,一定要保証牢固耐久,並充分滿足生产要求。最近我院组织一些同志,就工業建筑物的結構标准进行討論,提出了一些初步意見,茲加以归納簡述
The bearing structure of the factory building is the backbone of the building. According to the production requirements and the service life of different factories, considering the appropriate structural standards, it is an important factor that influences the quality of the factory buildings. The structural standards include the selected building materials and structural forms. Therefore, when considering the structural standards, they must be affected by the conditions of the materials in different regions, the construction technology and local customary practices, as well as the conditions of construction and lifting equipment. Under the condition of guaranteeing the speed of capital construction, structural standards are not static, and it is necessary to have certain interchangeability of various structures. For some main workshops that produce “heavy, big, refined, and sharp” products, the load-bearing structure cannot be simplified because of defects. It must be guaranteed to be durable and fully meet production requirements. Recently, we organized some comrades to discuss the structural standards of industrial buildings and put forward some preliminary opinions.
