目的探讨免疫力低下的身体易于被感染或患癌症;免疫力超常也会产生对身体有害的结果,如引发过敏反应和自身免疫疾病等~([1])。方法将癌症病人因肿瘤的侵袭性破坏和多次的放化疗,常使其免疫机制受到严重抑制,发生感染的机率大大增加。对此类病人在预防院内感染护理工作显得至关重要。结果良好的护理,规范的操作,可减少感染,可使病人的生活质量得到很大提高。免疫力低下的病人体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎糜、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等表现,每次生病都要很长时间才能恢复,而且常常反复发作。结论医院是各种疾病和病原体聚集的地方,也是体质衰弱、免疫功能不全、低抗力差的病人聚集的场所,所以护士的技能操作、医院的消毒灭菌是预防和控制医院感染的主要措施之一。
Objective To investigate whether the immunocompromised body is susceptible to infection or cancer. Abnormal immunity can also produce adverse health effects such as allergic reactions and autoimmune diseases. [1] Methods Cancer patients due to aggressive destruction of the tumor and multiple radiotherapy and chemotherapy, often make its immune system was severely inhibited, the chances of infection increased significantly. For such patients in the prevention of nosocomial infection care is crucial. The results of good care, standardized operation, can reduce the infection, the patient’s quality of life can be greatly improved. Immunocompromised patients with poor health, malnutrition, spiritual weakness, fatigue, loss of appetite, sleep disorders and other performance, each illness must take a long time to recover, and often repeated attacks. Conclusion The hospital is where all kinds of diseases and pathogens accumulate. It is also a place where patients with weak constitution, immunocompromise and poor resistance gather. Therefore, nurses’ skill operation and hospital sterilization are the main measures to prevent and control nosocomial infections one.
