我们从1980年起开展了化学诱变剂(EMS)处理春小麦种子、合子和配子的试验研究,比较不同处理的诱变效果,以期找出其中合适而有效的处理方法,同时对处理后代的变异情况进行了观察和分析。材料与方法供试品种和品系为“新曙光1号”、77—1017”、“鉴7”,均为遗传性稳定的原种材料。化学诱变剂 EMS 的浓度为0.3%,用磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7)为溶剂配制而成。处理配子和尚未分裂的合子细胞均在田间进行。具体方法:在处理前选择生长发育良好而健壮的具有品种典型性的植株,将其中部即将开裂的麦穗,剪去芒和颖尖,除去穗上部、下部的小穗,留中部8~10个小穗,同时将所留小穗中间的小花摘除,可直接进行配子处理;如用于合子处理,则整穗后还要去雄和人工授粉,以使合子细胞的发育
