目的探讨脑脊液中干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)水平联合检测对结核性脑膜炎诊断的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测INF-γ和MMP-9的水平,用酶动力学终点法检测ADA水平,并进行比较分析。结果结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中INF-γ、MMP-9和ADA的急性期水平显著高于恢复期和对照组(P<0.01);单个指标检测阳性率较低,联合检测能提高阳性检出率。结论脑脊液中INF-γ、MMP-9和ADA三项联合检测对结核性脑膜炎的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of INF-γ, MMP-9 and ADA in cerebrospinal fluid in the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis. Methods The levels of INF-γ and MMP-9 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The level of ADA was detected by enzyme kinetic end-point method and compared. Results The levels of INF-γ, MMP-9 and ADA in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with tuberculous meningitis were significantly higher than those in recovery and control groups (P <0.01). The positive rate of single index test was lower and the combined test could improve the positive rate rate. Conclusion The combined detection of INF-γ, MMP-9 and ADA in cerebrospinal fluid has certain clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis.
