目的:观察结核丸联合抗痨药治疗肺结核初治强化期阴虚火旺型的临床疗效。方法:将88例患者随机分2组各44例,对照组仅予抗痨药(异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺)化疗治疗;治疗组以结核丸联合抗痨药治疗。疗程3月,观察比较2组痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率、症状改善率、肝功受损率、白细胞下降率等方面的变化。结果:治疗组症状改善率、病灶吸收率、痰菌转阴率明显高于对照组,白细胞下降率低于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);肝功能受损率2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:结核丸联合抗痨药治疗肺结核初治强化期阴虚火旺型患者,疗效显著,副反应明显减少。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of tuberculosis pills combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis during the initial stage of strengthening Yin Deficiency. Methods: 88 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 44 patients, the control group only anti-tuberculosis drugs (isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide) chemotherapy; treatment group with tuberculosis pills combined anti- Medicine treatment. The course of treatment was 3 months. The changes of sputum negative conversion rate, lesion absorption rate, symptom improvement rate, liver function damage rate, leukopenia rate and so on were observed and compared. Results: The symptom improvement rate, lesion absorption rate and sputum negative conversion rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the rates of leukopenia were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of tuberculosis pills and anti-tuberculosis drugs for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in the initial stage of Yin-Huo-wang patients with significant effect, side effects were significantly reduced.
