本文研究了我国第一台6×10~5kW电站锅炉受热面部件高温段采用异种钢的焊接问题。重点研究了TP304H、TP347H与国产12Cr2MowVTiB新钢种的焊接问题。认为,12Cr2MOWVTiB与奥氏体钢的异种钢接头是同类型接头中较合理的匹配形式,具有最高的蠕变断裂强度。
This paper studies the welding of dissimilar steels in the high temperature section of the heating surface of the first 6 × 10 ~ 5kW boiler in China. Focus on the TP304H, TP347H and domestic 12Cr2MowVTiB new steel welding problems. That 12Cr2MOWVTiB and austenitic steel dissimilar steel joints is the same type of joint more reasonable match, with the highest creep rupture strength.
