目的:研究纳米药物载体在肿瘤治疗的应用。方法:中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)检索系统,以“纳米和肿瘤”为关键词,检索2000-2009年相关文献34篇;PubMed数据库中迄今包括“nano,cancer”的有关文献540篇。根据纳入标准,选择中外文核心期刊中以纳米药物载体在肿瘤治疗中的应用为主题的28篇文献作为主要参考。结果:纳米药物载体可携带药物特异靶向到肿瘤部位,一定程度上解决了分子靶向及传统化疗药物治疗时遇到的抗药性问题,还可以有效控制联合药物的释放比例,提高药物利用率及循环中的稳定性。结论:人们正在研究多功能、多用途的纳米颗粒,相信不久新一代适用于个性化癌症治疗的纳米颗粒将实现。
Objective: To study the application of nano-drug carrier in cancer therapy. METHODS: CNKI retrieval system was used to search for 34 articles from 2000 to 2009 with the key words of “Nano and Tumor”. The relevant literature of PubMed database so far including “nano, cancer” 540 articles. According to the inclusion criteria, the 28 references in the core journals of Chinese and foreign languages that choose nanomedicine carriers for tumor therapy as the main reference. Results: Nanopharmaceutical carriers could specifically target the tumor site and could solve the problem of drug resistance in molecular targeting and traditional chemotherapeutic drugs to a certain extent. It could also effectively control the release ratio of the combined drugs and improve the drug utilization rate And the stability of the cycle. Conclusion: People are working on multifunctional, multi-purpose nanoparticles, and it is believed that a new generation of nanoparticles suitable for personalized cancer treatment will soon be realized.
