一、前言 过去几十年,许多研究者为了发展热交换器中成垢的基本模型做了大量的工作。因为成垢过程是复杂的。它是一个动态过程。垢阻一般来说是不能直接测定,而是经总传热系数来推算。即使大量成垢的实验数据已获得,但适用于成垢过程的有用模型或计算式至今尚未得到。一些专用的式子例外。我们认为在分析大量实验污垢数据的基础上,进行总传热系数随时间变化的分析,建立一个有用的模型同关联式是有可能的,本文给出了肯定的结论。
I. Preface Over the past few decades, many researchers have done a great deal of work in developing basic models of scale formation in heat exchangers. Because into the scale process is complicated. It is a dynamic process. Scale resistance in general can not be directly measured, but calculated by the total heat transfer coefficient. Even though a large amount of scale-forming experimental data has been obtained, a useful model or calculation suitable for the scale forming process has not yet been obtained. We think that it is possible to establish a useful model and a correlation model based on the analysis of a large amount of experimental soil data and analysis of the total heat transfer coefficient over time. This paper gives some affirmative conclusions.
