本文对比分析了目前通用我国的挑选型抽样试验方法和流行于美、日的调整型抽样试验方法的优缺点。通过对几个引信的主要性能指标抽样方法的具体分析,论证了国外引信试验的一些发展趋势,如重视引信的安全性试验,采用有弹性的可调的试验方法等。作者认为,从统计学的观点来看,引信事故的发生,不能单凭验收试验的“关口”来杜绝,验收试验可以将质量事故控制在一定范围之内,但对于某些绝对不允许发生的事故,如引信引起的膛炸,则只能从机构设计上采取措施,从面根本杜绝产生这种事故的可能。
This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of the current general-purpose selection-based sampling test method and the modified sampling test method popular in the United States and Japan. Through the concrete analysis of the sampling methods of the main performance indexes of several fuses, some development trends of the foreign fuze tests are demonstrated, such as attaching importance to the safety test of the fuze, adopting the flexible and adjustable test methods and so on. The author believes that from a statistical point of view, the occurrence of a fuze accident can not be eliminated solely by the “pass” of the acceptance test. The acceptance test can control the quality accident within a certain range, but for some absolutely not allowed Accidents, such as fumes caused by the bombing, you can only take measures from the agency design, fundamentally eliminate the possibility of such accidents.
