在课堂教学中,单元达标教学以单元教学为基本的组织单位,以课堂群体教学为基本形式,以经常及时反馈矫正为辅助手段,最终达到大面积提高教学质量的目的。这就要求教师在教学过程中,既要全面负责地面向学生,又要因材施教、发展特长,最终保证95%以上的学生全面发展,提高素质。
