应用化学致癌物MNNG作用于体外培养牛胰管上皮,8周时,电镜下观察牛胰管上皮在形态学上发生了明显的异型增生和早期癌样改变;而加入维生素A组上皮细胞仍保持单层柱状上皮。如先加入MNNG培养4周,造成牛胰管上皮细胞的明显增生,停用MNNG,加维生素A继续培养4周,发现可遏制并逆转增生的复层细胞,使之基本恢复为单层柱状上皮;而未加维生素A的相应对照组却出现了癌样增生。本实验从不同方面证实了维生素A在实验性胰腺癌中的化学预防作用,为维生素A在胰腺癌防治领域中的应用奠定了实验基础。
