自行车比赛中战术的应用是否适当关系到比赛成绩的好坏,研究公路自行车比赛战术运用对提高我国自行车运动水平具有重要意义。竞赛战术,就是运动员在实战对各种技术与智慧的综合运用。战术在任何体育竞赛中都占有非常重要的地位,尤其是在竞争性极强的公路自行车比赛中更是如此。公路自行车竞赛战术可以从不同的角度分为许多种类,在公路自行车项目比赛中,采用合理的战术是运动员取得理想成绩的必备条件,其中即包括对对手的能力进行理智的分析,也包括自身运用具有针对性的技术技能。
