IUD出血副反应至今未能获得满意疗效,1983年以来试用针刺方法防治。506例预防性治疗观察表明:置器前一次针刺百会穴可使置器后的即时性出血明显减少,经期缩短,经血量减少;补泻法间差异不明显,对已发生的256例异常出血者进行了实验性治疗,连续针刺百会穴可使95.6%症例呈现明显的止血效果。血象和血小板等实验室指标呈相应改善。血浆中的孕酮,促黄体生成激素和血栓素等同步升高。提示:针刺百会穴对治疗IUD出血副反应有着肯定的临床效果,是多种效应协同综合作用的结果,具有特殊的实用价值。如优选穴位刺激参数,可能使疗效再提高,值得进一步深入研究。
