目的对桂枝茯苓胶囊内容物正丁醇和醋酸乙酯萃取部位进行化学成分研究。方法采用多种色谱方法对桂枝茯苓胶囊内容物的正丁醇和醋酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从醋酸乙酯和正丁醇层分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲酸(1)、反式邻甲氧基桂皮酸(2)、反式桂皮酸(3)、对香豆酸(4)、2,5-dihydroxy-4-methylacetophenone(5)、没食子酸乙酯(6);从正丁醇层分离得到4个化合物,分别为香草酸(7)、原儿茶酸(8)、affinoside(9)、benzyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)。结论化合物1~10均为首次从该复方中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the fractions of n-butanol and ethyl acetate from the content of Guizhi Fuling capsule. Methods Various chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify n-butanol and ethyl acetate extracts from the content of Guizhi Fuling capsules. The structures were identified according to the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate and n-butanol and identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), trans-o-methoxycinnamic acid (2) (4), 2,5-dihydroxy-4-methylacetophenone (5) and ethyl gallate (6). Four compounds were isolated from n-butanol, ), Affinoside (9), benzyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 10 were isolated from this compound for the first time.
