燃油工业炉中燃烧不好,就会出现大量的浓烟,不仅造成燃料的浪费,同时对环境也严重污染。通过长期的观察,发现造成燃油不能充分燃烧的主要原因是:(1)重油的雾化不好,(2)重油在高温燃烧时空气不足混合不良。因此要保证有良好的燃烧状态,就必须要有良好的雾化质量。而良好的雾化质量除了要求燃油有一定的压力和温度条件外,喷咀的结构合理也是主要因素。为此我们在对原有喷咀雾化情况进行分析研究基础上,从改进喷咀结构来解决雾化混合问题。一、设计试验过程: 喷咀主要应解决两个问题:(1)使燃油雾化粒度细小,(2)使油的微粒与空气良好
Burning poorly in a fuel-fired industrial furnace results in a large amount of smoke, which not only results in a waste of fuel but also causes serious environmental pollution.
