我厂是生产中型轮式装载机的专业工厂,年产装载机2000台,每台装载机上使用如图1所示结构的销轴组件有12种26件,3种型号的装载机共有18种不同轴径和长度的销轴。为适应品种多,焊接精度高的要求,我们设计了如图2所示的可调式销轴组件焊夹具。这种焊夹具适应销轴直径φ30～φ150mm,销轴长度80～280mm,使用后效果良好。 一、焊夹具的结构 焊夹具由V形块1、底座5、限位螺柱2、锁紧螺母3、固定螺栓4等组成。底座上面和V形块的上、下两平面以及V形面的表面粗糙度均为Ra6.3,并应保证V形块上、下两平面的平行度小于0.08mm,V形块的V形面与下平面的垂直度小于0.08mm,V形块两侧底板上分别加工有长形孔槽,用来调整V形块的位置。两个V形块用4个固定螺栓固定在底座上,根
