IUD的避孕机制尚不清楚,可能与局部前列腺素释放导致E_2增加有关。作者用大鼠双子宫角、双同位素单剂量注射,定时取组织标本技术,证实了IUD子宫角E_2提取物明显增加,此种增加能被前列腺素(PG)合成抑制剂-消炎痛抑制。资料和方法:选用动情前或停欲期、去卵巢成熟雌性大鼠以及若干孕3、4或5天的大鼠于其一侧宫角安置3只“0”长2.5cm的丝线作为避孕器,对侧宫角作模拟手术对照。以~(14)C-丁醇和~3H-E_2混合物300μl一次迅速注入下腹主动脉。注后15秒,切下子宫,取出丝线,进行处理。结果,在所有未用消炎痛组中,IUD角E_2提取值明显大于对照值;而消炎痛预处组,两者无明显差异。讨论指出,IUD角E_2提取值明显超过对照值。此种增加,见于鼠动情前、停欲期、妊娠3~5天
The contraceptive mechanism of IUD is not yet clear, which may be related to the increase of E_2 induced by local release of prostaglandin. The authors double-isotope injection of rat double uterine horn, taking tissue samples taken regularly, confirmed that IUD uterine horn E_2 extract increased significantly, this increase can be prostaglandin (PG) synthesis inhibitor - indomethacin inhibition. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Three or more “0” long and 2.5 cm silk yarns were placed on the contralateral side of the mature ovariectomized female rats and several 3rd, 4th, Opposite corner for simulation surgery control. 300 μl of ~ (14) C-butanol and ~ 3H-E_2 mixture were rapidly injected into the abdominal aorta. 15 seconds after the note, cut the uterus, remove the thread, for processing.
