白内障是眼科常见病之一。临床对有高血压、动脉硬化合并心肌受累的老年人白内障,在手术治疗上仍有顾虑,致使有些病人失去手术机会。我院自1972年2月～1981年6月共收治有高血压、动脉硬化合并心肌受累的老年人白内障52例(58眼)做了白内障切除术。本文就手术适应证,手术前、后的治疗及手术方法等加以探讨。临床资料一、收治条件:1.血压虽高,但经服用降血压药后,收缩压下降或稳定在170毫米汞柱左右,舒张压稳家在100毫米汞柱以下者;2.胸透及心电图虽有改变,但无冠心病者。二、血压情况:高血压标准是以1977～1978年福 Cataract is one of the common eye diseases.
