班级是学生成长的摇篮。班主任是引导学生走向积极、健康人生道路的引路人。然而,我们所面对的学生却并非同一版本,由于出身、家境、性格的截然不同,也就塑造了各个不同的人。在学生群体中,难免会有一些家境特殊、性格古怪、处事偏激、为人反常的学生。对待这类学生,教师更该用自己宽广的胸怀去接纳他们、了解他们,对于不同的学生施于不同的温情,用自己特殊的关爱去滋润每一个学生。
Class is the cradle of student growth. Class teacher is to guide students to active, healthy life path guide. However, we are not facing the same version of the students, because of their very different origin, family and personality, it also shaped the different people. In student groups, it is inevitable that there will be some students who are unusual in family, eccentric in character, extreme in work and abnormal in nature. To treat such students, teachers should use their broad minds to accept them, understand them, give different students different warmth, and use their special care to moisten each student.
