一、深圳市城市信息化势在必行 随着信息技术突飞猛进的发展,特别是随着席卷全球的信息高速公路热潮的掀起,人类正以前所未有的步伐向信息时代迈进。现在的工业时代将在下个世纪过渡到以信息价值的生产为核心的信息时代,这已经是一个可以预见的历史大趋势。在这样的历史时刻,深圳市政府提出到2010年争取将深圳建成区域性金融中心、信息中心、商贸中心、运输中心、著名的旅游胜地和我国高新技术产业基地,实现城市功能现代化,将深圳建设成为功能完善的现代化的国际性城市。这一远景发展目标将信息中心即城市信息化提到了前所未有的高度,这是非常适时及有远见的目标,意义重大。
