国家建材局报刊整顿领导小组第二次会议讨论决定:从1988年起,除《中国建材》杂志、《人民建材报》等综合性报刊和出版社均由政策法规司归口对国家新闻出版署;《硅酸盐学报》等国家级学术性期刊,由中国硅酸盐学会统管,并负责与中国科协沟通办刊和出版、发行渠道外,其它建材技术、检索国家级期刊和建材重点院校技术、学术期刊由信息司归口,负责向国家科委申报、注册,实行统一管理。现有的建材技术十二种期刊(《水泥》、《混凝土与水泥制品》、《硅酸盐建筑制品》、《玻璃》、《玻璃纤维》、《玻璃钢/复合材料》、《陶瓷》、《砖瓦》、《非金属矿》、《新型建筑材料》、《人工晶体》、《建材地质》),是由国家建材局委
The second meeting of the Leading Group for Newspapers and Periodicals Reorganization of the National Building Material Bureau discussed and decided: From 1988 onwards, except for “China Building Materials” magazine, “People’s Building Materials News” and other comprehensive newspapers and publishers, the Department of Policy and Regulation was assigned to the State Press and Publication Administration; National academic journals such as the Journal of the Chinese Silicate are managed by the Chinese Institute of Silicate, and are responsible for communicating with the China Association for Science and Technology, publishing and publishing, and other distribution channels, other building materials technologies, and retrieving state-level periodicals and key building materials colleges. Technical and academic journals are under the jurisdiction of the Information Department and are responsible for reporting, registering, and implementing unified management with the National Science Committee. Twelve periodical building materials technologies (“cement”, “concrete and cement products”, “silicate building products”, “glass”, “glass fiber”, “glass reinforced plastics/composites”, “ceramics”, " Bricks, Nonmetal Minerals, New Building Materials, Artificial Crystals, and Building Materials Geology are created by the National Building Material Administration
