利用两种 He-Ne 激光分别照射酵母菌,进行细胞增殖生长速率的测定。实验结果表明:用30 mW激光辐照后,剂量为5 min 的细胞增殖量在两天内比对照组高,其余各组出现生长抑制现象,剂量越大,抑制越严重。1.5 mW 激光辐照后,剂量为20 min 的细胞增殖量在两天内比对照组略高,其余各组无明显影响, 进入对数生长期和传代培养后,之前受到的抑制越严重,生长速率越快。文中对不同激光参数条件下,酵母菌的生长情况进行了分析和讨论。实验结果展示出激光技术在酵母菌选育中的应用前景。
Yeast was irradiated with two kinds of He-Ne laser to measure the proliferation rate of cells. The experimental results showed that after irradiation with 30 mW laser, the proliferation of cells with a dose of 5 min was higher than that of the control group within two days and the growth inhibition appeared in the other groups. The greater the dose, the more severe the inhibition. 1.5 mW laser irradiation, the dose of 20 min of the cell proliferation in two days slightly higher than the control group, the other groups had no significant effect into the logarithmic growth phase and subculture, the more serious inhibition of the former, the growth rate The faster. In this paper, the conditions of different laser parameters, the growth of yeast were analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show the application of laser technology in yeast breeding prospects.
